RoamGo LLC operates eSIM Prepago and is responsible for processing the data described in this notice.

Data we collect

We process contact details, basic order information, technical visit data, and support messages. Full card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by eSIM Prepago.

How we use it

We use this information to collect payment, create and deliver your eSIM, prevent fraud, handle requests, maintain security, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Free calling trial

To offer promotional minutes without an account, we generate a random identifier for this browser and process your IP address, browser agent, and the number you verify. We store hashed versions of these identifiers, the last four digits of the number, and daily usage to enforce limits and prevent abuse. The full number is kept only while the verification call is pending and is deleted when verification is complete.

Verification and calls are processed through telecommunications providers. We do not try to obtain your device’s MAC address: browsers do not expose it to websites. Expired sessions and their anti-fraud records are deleted after a limited operational period unless we need to keep them to investigate fraud or meet a legal obligation.

We share only the necessary data with payment, telecommunications, email, infrastructure, and support providers involved in operating your purchase.
