By buying an eSIM, you accept these conditions for the digital mobile data service.
Service operator
eSIM Prepago is operated by RoamGo LLC. RoamGo handles payment, orders, and digital eSIM provisioning.
Service
eSIMs are digital data products. Coverage, speed, and availability depend on partner networks, your device, location, congestion, and other conditions beyond our control.
Compatibility and installation
You must check that your device supports eSIM and is unlocked. Do not delete an installed profile without contacting support, because some codes can be downloaded only once.
Multi-network plans
“Multi-network” describes the ability of certain plans to access more than one compatible partner network. It does not mean all networks are available simultaneously or that a signal is guaranteed at every location.
Prices and payments
Amounts shown in MXN are approximate conversions. Checkout shows the final currency and amount before payment. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Free calling promotion
The calling trial is temporary, offers up to five connected minutes per day, and applies only to destinations that meet the cost limit shown in the dialer. The number you verify must also meet that cost limit. Microphone permission is required. Limits apply by verified number, browser, and IP; we may block automated or abusive attempts and change or withdraw the promotion. This is not an emergency service.
